Link doesn't go to the video. I'm deleting it. There's no point. The third link is also bad. It's goes to garbage.

[edit] Zipper Made

If the Zipper was designed in 1984, how did people die riding it in the late 1970's? I'm taking out the design date to make the article cohesive; if anyone has any further information on this, please post it.

Found the correct date of 1968 and updated the article. Kafziel 17:15, 7 September 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Safety issues

Can anyone verify/cite sources in regards to 205.188.116.135's addition about two girls falling from a Zipper in July of 2006? I clened up the addition a little and added the {{Fact}} tag, but if nobody can come up with anything in the next few days, i'll likely remove that part all together as being unverifiable. - seinman 05:08, 14 July 2006 (UTC)

Scratch that, apon further research i've found just such a source, and have cited it in the article. - seinman 05:15, 14 July 2006 (UTC)

[edit] NO Single Riders

Ive ride on this ride three times alone, yet article states that its not allowed to have single riders —Preceding unsigned comment added by 219.90.223.174 (talkcontribs) 19:52, August 6, 2007

No Single Riders is a recommended policy according to Chance Rides bulletin B090R1169-A (http://www.uscancares.org/mbulletin/151/B090R1169-A.pdf). Also found a second bulletin B106R1116-0 (http://www.uscancares.org/mbulletin/151/B106R1116-0.pdf) that also mentions No Single Riders as part of safety announcements. Other than creating a user account at the actual Chance-Morgan website, the CARES website bulletin list (http://www.uscancares.org/bulletin_list.php) seems to be the only other location that has a comprehensive list of Chance Rides bulletins (among other manufacturers' bulletins that also appear). I have also added the relevant bulletin references to the article. 69.85.154.169 (talk) 12:05, 6 December 2007 (UTC)

I took the "no single rider" part out of the trivia section and put it under safety issues - since it is an issue of safety and trivia sections are discouraged. Using one of the safety bulletins above as a reference. Skippy (talk) 11:53, 7 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Recent Edit

I recently overhauled/rewrote the page to try and make it more encyclopedic. I removed the trivia section altogether, deleting the two entries I didn't integrate because they weren't about the Zipper. I also believe I cited or removed everything with a "citation needed" tag, so I removed the banner on the top. Anyone have an objection?

Looks good - that trivia section has been annoying me for a while, and that popular culture section is still there (which IMHO is just another name for a trivia section) so I might delete that as well - the contents isn't necessary to the article. Skippy (talk) 09:56, 2 May 2008 (UTC)
