Zimnica (German: Kaltvorwerk) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Oleśnica, within Oleśnica County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Prior to 1945 it was in Germany.

It lies approximately 75 kilometres (47 mi) west of Oleśnica, and 56 kilometres (35 mi) north-west of the regional capital Wrocław.
