Zimbabwe, formerly Rhodesia, gained full independence in April 1980. Until then, Rhodesia had no domestic first-class cricket competition and the "national team" played in South Africa's Currie Cup competition. This category is designed to include articles about Zimbabwe's domestic and international first-class cricket from independence until the end of the 1999-2000 season.
