Zhivko Milanov (Bulgarian: Живко Миланов) (born July 15, 1984 in Sofia) is a Bulgarian footballer and a defender for Levski Sofia, where he is a captain. He also plays for Bulgaria national football team. He was raised in Levski Sofia's youth teams. He is champion for 2006 and 2007, the national cup winner for 2003 2005, and 2007, Bulgarian Supercup in 2005 and 2007.

Zhivko raised in Levski Sofia's youth teams. He has played in UEFA Cup, where he reached at 1/4 final, and in the group phase of UEFA Champions League again with Levski Sofia. His good game at Levski made him irreplaceable part of Bulgaria national football team.

On 31 May 2008 a media information appeared that Milanov is wanted by German side Bayer 04 Leverkusen.

Zhivko is a right wingback. He plays firmly and with heart. Milanov plugs in successfully in the team attacks by wings. He is fast and creative player with a good leadership. He also plays well with head. He often scores goals with head, after corner kicks.
