Zhao Cen was an officer of Dong Zhuo during the Three Kingdoms period of China. He served under Hua Xiong at the battles of Sishui Pass and Hulao Pass. When Dong Zhuo moved the capital from Luoyang to Chang'an, he followed suit and evacuated Sishui Pass. He later served under Zhang Xiu at the Battle of Wancheng, where he was presumably killed.
