Zhang Min (Chinese: 张民, born March 24, 1976 in Qiqihar, China) is a Chinese figure skater. He has won several national titles and several medals at the Four Continents Championships, and competed in the Winter Olympic Games three times.

Zhang is a very strong jumper. He is the first skater to land a clean quadruple toe loop in the short program at an ISU Championship (1999 Four Continents). He has also landed quadruple salchows in competition. And he is the second person to land three quadruple jumps in one program.At the 2006 World Championships, the day before his 30th birthday, he landed a quadruple toe loop/triple toe loop combination and a quadruple salchow in his free skate. 1998-99 season was the first season for skaters to land a quad jump in the short program.

His idol in skating is Elvis Stojko.
