Zhang Haiyang

Zhang Haiyang (Chinese: 张海阳; July 1949 - ) is a lieutenant general of the People's Liberation Army of China, and the current political commissar in PLA's Chengdu Military Region.

His ancestor was from Pingjiang County, Hunan Province. His father is Zhang Zhen, a general and a former member of CPC central military commission. His father-in-law is Sun Keji, a major general and former vice political commissar of Nanjing Military Region.

He is a member of CPC 17th central committee.
