This is a Chinese name; the family name is Zhang.

Zhang Guoli (simplified Chinese: 张国立; pinyin: 張國立) (born January 17, 1955) is a Chinese actor and director. A native of Tianjin, Zhang often plays the role of Emperor of China during the Qing Dynasty. He also plays some modern political drama roles. His wife is Deng Jie. In 2006, he directed the drama-comedy, The 601st Phone Call.
