Zeta Mu Gamma (ΖΜΓ) is a high school fraternity established in Mayagüez, Puerto Rico on March 12, 1943.

The founding members included: Dr. Rafael Toro Nazario, Dr. Carlos Romaguera, Prof. Fernando Cofresí, Dr. Juan José Ramírez, Dr. Ramón Gil, Dr. Rafael Collazo, Dr. William Aguiló, Gen. Enrique Mendez, Dr. Henry Dorington, Dr. José A. Aguiló Dies, Amador Ramírez Silva and Roberto Fumero.

The fraternity is not affiliated with any particular high school. To join the fraternity one must live in the city of Mayagüez or study in one of its High schools, unless ones father or brother is a member of the fraternity. To join one must be between the ages of thirteen to eighteen or between ninth to twelve grade. Presently it is the only high school fraternity left at Mayagüez and one of two left on Puerto Rico. The organization is famous for its annual "White Christmas" Party in December with it hosts with Joy Seekers Sorority.

The motto means "the work all overcomes it."[1]
