Zentiva N.V. is a pharmaceutical company based in Czech Republic and Slovakia, with marketing activities in Central and Eastern Europe.
The Zentiva company was established in 2003 by a merger of two major Czech and Slovak pharmaceutical companies, Léčiva, a.s. and Slovakofarma. The main office is currently located in Prague, Czech Republic. The company is listed on the Prague Stock Exchange and a constituent of the benchmark PX Index.
