Zeit Wissen is a bi-monthly magazine spun off from, and published by, the German newspaper Die Zeit. Zeit Wissen frequently is compared to the American publication Wired, in that it covers the "cutting edge" of such diverse topics as technology, science, history, fashion, modern lifestyles, avant-garde art, photography, health, and even food.
The German phrase "Zeit Wissen" literally means "Time-Knowledge," and refers to the up-to-the-minute nature of the magazine's subject matter and focus.
