Zehri

Zehri (Urdu: زﮨرئی ) is a Brahui tribe in Balochistan, Pakistan.

The tribe is spread throughout Sindh and Balouchistan and speak Brahui, Balochi, Sindhi as native languages. The Zehri tribe is a Brahui speaking Baloch tribe mainly living in the Jhalawan region of the province of Balochistan of Pakistan. The Zehri tribe has a very long history, the chief of the Zehri tribe is considered the chief of all the tribes living in the Jahalwan region. The Sardar of Zehri tribe is Sardar Sanaullah Zehri son of Nawab Doda Khan Zerhi. The Zehris had played a vital role in the history of the Baloch state of Kalat.
