Zef Skirò Di Maxho

Zef Skirò Di Maxho, poet, linguist, publicist and folklorist from Hora e Arbëreshëvet in Sicily. After completing the Albanian Seminar of Palermo, he studied law. In the first period of his creativeness, Skirò treated the patriotic tradition of Arbërisht literature. Author of the poem "Mili and Hajdhia". Other works of his are "Songs of Liktor", "In a foreign country," "Folk songs of Albania," and the children's school text books "Udhëtimi" and "Udha e Mbarë."
