ZEDO is a provider of internet ad serving to web publishers and direct marketers[1] founded in 1999 by Roy de Souza. ZEDO is currently the third largest ad server, with clients such as CNET[2] and Hi5.com.[citation needed].
While ZEDO utilizes a tracking cookie to monitor a user's web surfing history, [3] the company disputes being categorized as spyware.[4]
The company also runs Zebo, a service that helps users catalog and value their possessions and post them online for sale. The service has over 6 million users.[5]
