Zbyněk Michálek (born December 23, 1982 in Jindřichův Hradec, Czechoslovakia), nicknamed "Z", is a professional ice hockey defenceman.

Michálek was not drafted in the NHL Entry Draft. As of the 2007–08 season he plays for the Phoenix Coyotes of the NHL and has also played for the Minnesota Wild. He was acquired by the Coyotes from Minnesota for Erik Westrum and Dustin Wood on August 26, 2005.
His brother Milan Michalek plays for the San Jose Sharks.
