These have been removed. I don't think it's very good practice to whack tags onto an article 4 minutes after it's been created, especially when they are inaccurate. The article is not unreferenced: it cites its reference inline and there is a "Notes and references" section! It's obvious it needs expanding because it's been marked as a stub - no need to uglify it from the word go, with a tag. I can't see anything that needs cleaning up. Tyrenius 02:45, 21 May 2007 (UTC)
- You greatly misunderstand my tagging. It is not to set it up for failure but to insure that it becomes developed. Right now you have a stub - see {{subst:Biography}} for the ideal template for a biography. As I stated, I tagged it so you, or another editor can continue furnishing the article. The goal is to get as many articles on Wikipedia to GA status, I feel - I focus on biographies - rather than have them languish in Stub status.--Ozgod 02:51, 21 May 2007 (UTC)
I don't see it as any indication of failure, as it is a perfectly fine stub. We can see it's a stub. I am fully aware it's a stub. I'm also aware of what a full biography should contain, but that's not going to happen in 4 minutes. Give it time to exist as a stub for a while and then you can push it along a bit. 4 minutes is not languishing. A month or two might justify your tag, but not now. What do you think the stub tag is for? Tyrenius 02:56, 21 May 2007 (UTC)
- I never said the article was a failure, I was tagging it now so it does not sit forgotten for those few months. There is no crime in wiki-gnoming nad placing appropriate tags - I can understand your concern over the {unreferenced} tag - but not over the fact I tagged the article and also assigned it the Wikipedia Biography Project. --Ozgod 03:05, 21 May 2007 (UTC)
The stub tag automatically indicates that the article needs expansion, so the expand tag is not necessary and I have removed it. It is for use in articles which are no longer stubs, but still need expanding. Tyrenius 03:31, 21 May 2007 (UTC)
