[edit] Richard Harris
Why did you take it upon yourself to move Richard Harris back to Richard Harris (actor) when we just finished going through the methods of getting it moved, for which the common consensus was support? —Gordon P. Hemsley→✉ 19:46, 10 June 2006 (UTC)
- I am sorry, I am still new to wikipedia, I was unaware that there was an issue about it at all, I did not know, was he really called Richard Harris (actor) before? I moved him, because his name was linked on The Jive Five but that is definitely not the same person! I apologise sincerely if I did some thing wrong ZaphodBeeblebrox 20:20, 10 June 2006 (UTC)
- Alright, if you didn't do it on purpose, I'll just get the person who moved it the first time to move it back. Next time, though, you should probably do a little more research before moving a page, as it tends to be a lot harder to reverse than a normal edit. Let me also make you aware of Wikipedia:Requested moves, which lays out the process one has to go through to move articles to places that already exist. See also, Talk:Richard Harris. —Gordon P. [edit] FLCL
As a userbox fan of FLCL, would you be willing to vote for its nomination at Wikipedia's Article Improvement Drive? If elected, it will be the subject of a week-long overhaul, in an attempt to pass in to Featured Article status! Thanks, Litefantastic 16:31, 2 August 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Wikipedia's LGBT Community
Hi, ZaphodBeeblebrox! You may not know that Wikipedia has both an LGBT Notice Board and an LGBT Studies WikiProject. If you haven't yet done so, take a look at both of them. They sorely need attention and participation! Some things on the "To-Do List" that merit particular attention include:
Please feel free to participate in any or all of these activities! And if you feel like it, add yourself to either the Noticeboard Members or the WikiProject Participants - or both! |

[edit] Saami orthography
Please do not replace the character đ with ð in Saami words, because this is orthographically incorrect. Saami does not use the same character as Icelandic: the correct way is to use D with stroke.--AAikio 10:43, 25 May 2007 (UTC)
