[edit] Some observations

  • Page numbers for some of the sources would be super - e.g., Stuart 2003 - I know they're unusable for things such as presented papers and online reports, but for the other things I think they are need. Perhaps for the FAMSI report would could add some kind of reference to the section that article is citing (like i did for note #6)
  • Note 12: "Fahsen in Fitzsimmons (2006B) - I couldn't clearly see what this was referring to - did Fahsen write a portion of the report, or is in reference to a citation within the Fitzsimmons report? If someone could clear this up, that would be cool.
