Zane Musa
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Zane Musa is an American saxophone player from Los Angeles, who in the last several years has contributed to the Los Angeles sound. He has been a member of the house band on Last Call with Carson Daly, where he has played with such musical talents as keyboardist Joe Firstman and trumpeter Will Artope.
Zane's recently recorded debut album -- also released on vinyl -- is called "Introducing Zane Musa," and it illustrates his inspired, straight-ahead approach to his medium. "Introducing Zane Musa" is available from Classic Records.
Zane's work is also on display in the 4-song EP CD, "Awesome in New York," by The Mishka Spiro Trio, of which he is also a member, trading off between alto and soprano sax with equal fluency. "Awesome in New York" is available now on iTunes.
Zane has also played at Descanso Gardens.
Zane Musa lives in Los Angeles, California, USA.
