Zane Lamprey (b. Syracuse, New York, United States, April 2, 1976) grew up in Syracuse, New York and went to school at SUNY Cortland in Cortland, New York where he, according to his website, "majored in drinking."

He has had a varied career as a comedian, actor, editor, producer, bon vivant and writer for television and movies. Early in his career he worked on several shows for Comedy Central, VH1 and Nickelodeon. He was also a series regular on MTV's Damage Control and host of VH1's reality show Motormouth.

He is best known for his work hosting off-beat travel shows. As host of Three Sheets, which is currently running on MOJO HD, Zane travels the world learning about local alcoholic drinks and drinking customs. He also hosts Have Fork, Will Travel, currently running on Food Network, a show similar to Three Sheets focusing on local food and eating customs.

Most recently Zane has organized a series of weekend-long pub-crawls called zanecrawls. Zanecrawls are currently scheduled for Los Angeles, New York City, Boston, Chicago and San Francisco.
