Zander is a forest ecologist based in the southwestern US.
He is currently working on carbon implications of ponderosa pine restoration, forest conservation in the face of exotic invasive insects, and geographic analysis of forest patterns.
His scientific background is silviculture, invasive species, Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
