[edit] Image of Tarnopol Voivodeship

I am removing the map of the old (Polish) Tarnopol district. Although it is an interesting image, I think it distracts from this particular article. Since the image is already shown on the Tarnopol Voivodeship page, I don't think we need to re-display it here. I will add a note in the text about Zalischyky being part of the Tarnopol Voivodeship during the Polish period. I am happy to hear different opinions on this.
