[edit] Ticklish Abuse?

I talked to the accused on the phone, that incident where the guard gave him a ticklish was not the abuse, the guard was searching the accused, the accused laughed because he found it "ticklish" and the guard squeezed his cheeks excessively and said "Now do you think it's funny?"
