From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
A zaisu (座椅子?) is a unique form of Japanese chair which has no legs, but has a normal chair back. It is generally used by people who require more back support than the traditional kneeling method that most Japanese people use for sitting. Zaisu are not particularly expensive, but are not commonplace in Japan.
