Zaibar

Zaibar is a wine originated from Romania. It is made in Oltenia, a region in the southwest of the country. The wine's color is dark red and was made famous by one of the most well-known romanian actors, Amza Pellea in his "Nea Marin" sketch comedies. The wine is mostly homemade and in winter, when the region's people cut pigs for Christmass, the wine is drank boiled with cinnamon and sugar for warming purposes.
