Zafira has played lesbian roles both in pornographic movies and in photoshoots. She has appeared in movies by Viv Thomas, Denys Defrancesco and by 21 Sextury, and in a number of French adult films.
In 2006, the French clothing label Shaï featured her in a clip with another model, Sophie Moone, as part of an online advertising campaign consisted of several short pornographic movies combined with an embedded clothing catalog. [1][2]
In early 2008 Zafira underwent breast enhancement surgery, because one of her breasts was larger than the other.[3]
