Zacatecas March
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Zacatecas March (Spanish: Marcha de Zacatecas) is a mexican patriotic song, and an unofficial national anthem of Mexico.
The Zacatecas March was composed in 1891 by Genaro Codina, as part of a competition with his friend Fernando Villalpando. Codina and Villalpando both wrote marches, to be played for the Governor of the state of Zacatecas, Jesús Aréchiga.[1]
