Zac Nsenga

Zac Nsenga (born 1958) became the Rwandan ambassador to the United States in 2003.

He is a graduate of Makerere University, Uganda, and worked as a medical practitioner and later Secretary General in the Ministry of Internal Security.

He is an endorser of the Genocide Intervention Network, pressing for more U.S. action on the genocide in Darfur.
