Złota 44 is a proposed mainly residential skyscraper (192 meters high, 52 storeys) in central Warsaw, Poland. It was designed by the architect Daniel Libeskind. Construction is set to begin in the 4th quarter of 2007 following the dismantling of the building presently on the site. Completion is estimated at 2010. The name comes from the building's address at Złota ("Golden") Street.
