Yves Vanderhaeghe (born January 30, 1970 in Roeselaere) is a Belgian footballer currently playing for K.S.V. Roeselare in Belgium. He is a defensive midfielder who is known for his tackling, hard-working style and stamina.

At the age of 16, he was transferred from K.S.V. Roeselare to Cercle Brugge K.S.V. on loan, but he only played one match in two seasons. He then was recalled to Roeselare for 4 years before he signed for R.E. Mouscron in 1992.

Vanderhaeghe was first revealed to the public at the end of his contract with K.S.C. Eendracht Aalst for which he played 94 matches and scored 11 times between 1994-1998, the year when he came back to Mouscron. He scored 11 times again but this time in 81 matches (two seasons and a half). He signed for R.S.C. Anderlecht in 2000, signing at thirty years of age his first contract with one of Jupiler League's giants.

During the winter-break of the 2006-2007 season, he was told to look for another club and joined another old acquaintance, Roeselaere.

Vanderhaeghe played his first match for the Belgium national football team on May 30, 1999 in Japan, against Peru (in a friendly tournament), aged 29. He represented the nation in Euro 2000 and 2002 World Cup.
