Yves Jégo

Yves Jégo (born April 17, 1961 in Besançon) is a French politician who was appointed Secretary of State for Overseas in the government of François Fillon on March 18, 2008.

Jégo has been a member (député) of the French National Assembly since 2002, and mayor of Montereau-Fault-Yonne since 1995. He has also been a spokesman for the current ruling party, the Union for a Popular Movement.[1]
