Yves De Wolf-Clément

Yves De Wolf-Clément (Kigali, 1967) is an author from Rwanda.
He studied Political Science and International Relations in Belgium, where he worked for a NGO and for the European Commission. In the 1990s he created two enterprises of computation and new technologies.
He has always had a great interest in human rights and he has published several short novels and a novel: Rwanda. Deux Sangs, une vie (Ruanda. Two Bloods, One Life)
