Yves Carbonne

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Yves Carbonne is a jazz artist who usually performs using Extended-range basses, (or "ERBs").

Carbonne's most well-known ERB is a custom 10-string, left handed, fretless Legend by Barcelonian luthier Jerzy Drozd. He has performed with many other bassists, including Jean Baudin and Stewart McKinsey. He also wrote music for and performed as a part of a "all bass"-trio on record with Michael Manring and Dominique Di Piazza.
