Yutang Tabonon

The Cebuano version of the Philippine National Anthem is also known as Yutang Tabonon, from the first two words of its lyrics.

Yutang Tabonon (Beloved Land) is a Filipino Catholic hymn composed in the late 80's and 90's, with Cebuano language lyrics by Monsignor Rudy Villanueva and the music Vatican's anthem, Inno e Marcia Pontificale. The lyrics are is not a translation of either the Italian or Latin lyrics of the anthem, but a prayer for protection of the Filipino nation.
