Yusuf Kurtuluş was born in Trabzon, Turkey in 1986. Yusuf is an attacking midfielder with good vision and creative ability playing for Trabzonspor currently on loan at Konyaspor. Yusuf is from Trabzonspor's famous youth academy and was a vital member in Trabzonspor's 2003-2004 PAF (reserves) championship side which included current Trabzonspor Senior players Ufukhan Bayraktar,Ergin Keles,Ufuk Bayraktar and goalkeeper Tolga Zengin. Yusuf Kurtulus was on loan for 2 seasons at 2nd division side Darica Genclerbirligi to grab experience. Yusuf was called back to Trabzonspor in the summer camp of 2007 where he caught the attention of the coaching staff, with his talent. His talent was shown in the Ueafa Intertoto cup where he thrilled the fans and media, with his playmaking abilities by scoring a goal. Yusuf is set to solve Trabzonspor's longterm playmaking problems and is a good prospect for Turkish football.
