Yussif Chibsah (born December 30, 1983 in Accra) is a Ghanaian football midfielder, who is currently playing for Gefle IF in Sweden.

He was part of the Ghanaian national team, who exited in the first round of the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, having finished in third place in Group B after one win (Paraguay), one draw (Italy) and a single loss (Japan). He was the captain of the Olympic team and has over 60 caps with all levels of International football.

Chibsah started his career at Kumasi based King Faisel in his home country, and in 2003 moved to fellow Ghanaian side Asante Kotoko. At Kumasi Asante Kotoko he played in the first CAF Confederation Cup in 2004 and also played in the African Champions League in 2006. Before leaving for Israel, he played for IFK Mariehamn in Finland.

He was also with Hamburger SV in 2005 and Djurgårdens IF Fotboll in January 2006. He was a member of the Ghanaian standby players in Germany 2006 World Cup after playing most of the matches of the qualifying round. After the World Cup, he was invited by French Ligue 1 outfit Rennes for a trial but could not meet the deadline for the summer registration. In the 2006/07 season he joined Israeli side Hapoel Nazareth. In October 2007 he signed a two year contract with swedish Allsvenskan club Gefle IF.

He had his Senior High School education at one of Ghana's premier High Schools Prempeh College with Edmund Owusu Ansah former Captain of Kumasi Asante Kotoko who currently plays for Kpando based Heart of Lions. He is a highly educated footballer,majored in Accounting but also studied management and economics as well.

He won the District farmer of the year award in 2005 in the Agona District of the Ashanti Region in Ghana as he owns one of the largest poultry farms in the region. He runs EMBIK FARMS together with his father Mr. Chibsah.
