Yuri Razguliaiev (also: Juris Razgulajevs) (born March 20, 1973) is a Latvian ice dancer who has competed internationally for the Soviet Union, Uzbekistan, Japan, and for his native Latvia. He won the 1991 World Junior Figure Skating Championships with partner Aliki Stergiadu for the Soviet Union. Following the dissolution of that country, he and Stergiadu competed for Uzbekistan. They won the bronze medal at the 1993 NHK Trophy[1] and placed 13th at the 1994 Winter Olympics[2]
When that partnership ended, Razguliaiev teamed up with Nakako Tsuzuki, with whom he is a two-time Japanese national champion. They placed 16th at the 1996 World Figure Skating Championships.[3] The next year, he teamed up with Jenny Dahlen to compete for Latvia. They placed 24th at the 1997 Worlds[3] and 22nd at the 1997 European Figure Skating Championships.[4]
Razguliaiev retired from competitive skating in 1997. He is currently an Assistant Director, coach and choreographer at the Scarboro Figure Skating Club in Ontario, Canada.
