Yuri Koptev

Yuri Nikolayevich Koptev (Russian: Юрий Николаевич Коптев, March 13, 1940, Stavropol) is a former General Director of Roscosmos, the Russian Space Agency (since 1992 up to 2004).
Since 1965 worked as an engineer at NPO Lavochkin.
