Yuri Konovalov (Russian: Юрий Коновалов) (born 30 December 1929) was a Soviet athlete who competed mainly in the 100 metres. He trained at VSS Neftchi in Baku.
He competed for the USSR in the 1956 Summer Olympics held in Melbourne, Australia in the 4 x 100 metre relay where he won the silver medal with his team mates Leonid Bartenev, Boris Tokaryev and Vladimir Sukharyev.
At the 1960 Summer Olympics held in Rome, Italy Yuriy and Leonid teamed up again this time with Gusman Kosanov and Edvins Ozolin where they again won the silver medal.
