Yunupingu

Yunupingu is the family name of a number of notable Indigenous Australians from the Yolngu people of Arnhem Land:
- Galarrwuy Yunupingu, a leader in the struggle for Land Rights throughout his career and 1978 Australian of the Year
- Geoffrey Gurrumul Yunupingu, is a musician, guitarist in yolngu
- Mandawuy Yunupingu, a musician, educator and community leader. He is the lead singer of Yothu Yindi and 1992 Australian of the Year
