[edit] Lead
The lead is adapted from List of Bleach Agent of the Shinigami arc episodes. G.A.S 19:40, 25 June 2007 (UTC)
[edit] List
Will start work on the list itself soon; but will likely base it on List of RahXephon media, use different colors for "to be continued" episodes or episode archs. G.A.S 19:40, 25 June 2007 (UTC)
- At this time, different colors are not deemed necessary. G.A.S 19:35, 26 June 2007 (UTC)
Will decide later if this should be a list of media (as with List of RahXephon media) or list of episodes (as with most of the rest). G.A.S 19:40, 25 June 2007 (UTC)
- It seems that it will make more sense to have a "list of media" since there are quite a lot of different media, e.g. anime, manga, cd's, dvd's, video games etc. G.A.S 19:49, 26 June 2007 (UTC)
[edit] I'll search for some links...
- [1] - info on DVD, the same site lists related audio CDs[2]. May be useful.
- [3] - does technically have episode titles and air dates, but they are not in a list...
- Third menu option, dropdown box in the right hand site — perfect. G.A.S 11:08, 27 June 2007 (UTC)
- Can't find a good source for the translated titles (mostly 'cause they were taken directly from fansubs); we can only rely on fansites like this: [4] 夢の騎士Yume no Kishi - Talk 11:31, 27 June 2007 (UTC)
- What is the original source, if known, of the MMP episode titles (they are not provided in the episodes themselves)? I have used the episodes titles from YTV and ANN for MMP in the meanwhile. G.A.S 15:40, 1 July 2007 (UTC)
- What is the original source, if known, of the romanized titles? G.A.S 15:40, 1 July 2007 (UTC)
- Eh... most of the romanization I wrote myself - from the episode title cards, according to the furigana. But there are plenty of webpages that show it. I don't know where the MMP titles originally came from. 夢の騎士Yume no Kishi - Talk 16:35, 1 July 2007 (UTC)
- Just wanted to know. It is fine if you romanized it (thank you), no source will be required, as it is a process that is referred to in WP:MoS-JP, and I do not think it is normally cited. G.A.S 16:56, 1 July 2007 (UTC)
- I need a source for the dates in "Spanning 29 issues, the manga was serialized in the Kodansha's shōjo magazine Nakayoshi from September 2000 to February 2003"; it is also required for the main article. (First edit[7]) Thanks, G.A.S 20:02, 3 July 2007 (UTC)
- I'm not sure where I got this, but I think maybe from Mia Ikumi's website... 夢の騎士Yume no Kishi - Talk 20:07, 3 July 2007 (UTC)
- Thank you, I will have a look later and also add the citation, when I find it. G.A.S 20:19, 3 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Episodes
This is where it gets interesting:
[edit] Episode 1
I have came up with two similar summaries: Which one is more accurate or the best? (Remember, 3-4 sentences maximum in a list). Please comment on them.
- Ichigo goes on her first date with Masaya. During an earthquake Ichigo is infused with the DNA of an Iriomote Wildcat. She gains cat-like characteristics and behavior. A monster attacks Masaya in the park; Ichigo is told that she the ability to transform into Mew Ichigo and the ability to fight the monster. (4 sentences, 53 words)

G.A.S 19:25, 19 July 2007 (UTC)
The second one. Ryou basically tells her she can tranform, but of course she doesnt know how, so Ryou drops her from the tree (her cat characteristics show). Then he tells her to say the transformation saying, then she does and becomes Mew Mew Ichigo. The second one summerizes it better. ISH....an hour to write...probably would have taken me longer.. THROUGH FIRE, JUSTICE IS SERVED! 17:39, 20 July 2007 (UTC)
- Done. G.A.S 19:02, 20 July 2007 (UTC)

This is also the episode Ichigo meets Masha, but that can go into its own article. Yes, this describes the basic plot of the episode. THROUGH FIRE, JUSTICE IS SERVED! 16:58, 21 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Archive
and I think you should archieve the talk page starting at "Lead", to "VHS", so that the next archieve will be for the episodes. THROUGH FIRE, JUSTICE IS SERVED! 16:59, 21 July 2007 (UTC)
- I do not want to create sub-pages at this stage for the talk page, as it will make moving them later more difficult, and I refer to them quite a lot. {{hat}} and {{hab}} will have to do for old discussions. G.A.S 18:37, 21 July 2007 (UTC)
-
- I will do something about it soon though. These archive boxes do not look very good. G.A.S 18:45, 21 July 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Manga
Ok. Do you still want the table of contents for the manga? THROUGH FIRE, JUSTICE IS SERVED! 19:47, 21 July 2007 (UTC)
- Yes please. If you do not mind, could you also add similar summaries for the chapters as well? (Like my chapter one example above? about 20-25 words)
- You do not need to rush though. I still need to write 50 episodes' summaries before the article will be ready.
- Sincerely, G.A.S 20:46, 21 July 2007 (UTC)
Ok. I'll add them on my subpage User:Angelofdeath275/tokyo mew mew manga. THROUGH FIRE, JUSTICE IS SERVED! 21:05, 21 July 2007 (UTC)
- Thank you! G.A.S 21:18, 21 July 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Official fanbook
- Right after the table of contents there's a Mewmew Gallery (colored anime-style images) (pages 3-7).
- Then starts the Character File section: profile pages for the five Mews, the boys, the friends (Masha, Moe & Miwa), the aliens, and the Mews' families (pages 8-18).
- Then the section called Story Digest Part 1. Starts with lyrics to "My Sweet Heart", then short illustrated summaries of episodes 1-14. (pages 19-47)
- Then a Studio Report (about making the anime). (page 48)
- Then a Short Comic by Mia Ikumi, some funny TMM story called "Cat Ichigo's big panic". (pages 49-52)
- Then Staff & Cast Interview, including one with Mia Ikumi (pages 53-62)
- Then Official Art Works of TOKYO Mewmew, aka anime character drafts (pages 63-71)
- Then a section called Open Cafe - what appears to be fan art, and some quiz about the characters (pages 72-73)
- Then Mewmew Glossary (pages 74-80).
- Then Story Digest Part 2 - lyrics to "Koi wa a la Mode", summaries of episodes 15-27 (pages 81-107).
- Then Character show Report (page 108)
- Then Item collection aka list of merchandise (pages 109-112).
- Thank you, I will try to incorporate it later. What merchandise does the book list? (Just general merchandise, or something also listed in/relevant to this list?) Regards, G.A.S 11:11, 14 August 2007 (UTC)
-
- It lists everything (toys, postcards, keychain figures, videogames, jigsaw puzzles...). The first page of the "Item collection" section shows CDs (already listed here), anime DVDs and videocassettes. Videogames are on page 111. Everything else is basically various sorts of toys, stuff like game cards and such. 夢の騎士Yume no Kishi - Talk

-
- Does it give further information on the videogames? Other than what is currently listed here? (Other than the name, publisher, platform, release date?) Thank you, G.A.S 13:28, 14 August 2007 (UTC)
- PS game description only says that normal edition and limited edition of it are available, and that the limited edition comes with Ringo’s character CD and with either Mew Ichigo or Mew Mint figurines (called "Mew Ichigo Box" or "Mew Mint Box" depending on the toy included). No specific info on the GBA game. 夢の騎士Yume no Kishi - Talk 13:48, 14 August 2007 (UTC)

Are you able to make out what the Studio Report and staff & cast interview says? THROUGH FIRE JUSTICE IS SERVED! 21:40, 14 August 2007 (UTC)
- If we need details, that'll require lots of translating... (10 pages!). I can do that a bit later, if needed...
- The Studio Report is a series of photos with comments, showing the seiyuu at work - they come to the studio, read their texts, then work on voicing some anime scene, and then a photo of them together.
- The interviews are basically just "what is your impression/what it was like/what do you think" - no unique info. The seiyuu mostly talk about their characters and some particular anime scenes with their characters. First interview - the seiyuu for the five Mews talk together, second interview - Megumi Ogata, third - Kouichi Toochika, fourth - Hikaru Midorikawa, fifth - Daisuke Sakaguchi. Then Noriyuki Abe talks about the anime - working on the anime, themes, characters, and such. Then Mia Ikumi comments on the anime version and its characters - she seems to be rather pleased by it... 夢の騎士Yume no Kishi - Talk 23:02, 14 August 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Manga summaries
I'm not sure we need them, because at the beginning the events in both versions are almost the same; it's later on that the anime story started to change little by little.
Chapter 1: Ichigo goes on her first date with Masaya. During an earthquake, she and four other girls are infused with the DNA of endangered species. Ichigo gains cat-like characteristics and behavior. When a monster attacks her and Masaya, Ichigo transforms into a Mew Mew and defeats the monster.
Chapter 2: Ichigo learns what happened to her, and is told to find four companions. Ichigo meets Mint and Mickey (Mint's dog). Mickey is turned into a Chimera Anima. Ichigo protects Mint and discovers Mint has a Mew mark; Mint transforms into Mew Mint.
Chapter 3: Ichigo begins to work at the Café Mew Mew, where she meets a shy and timid girl. Three girls ask the girl (Lettuce) to find a ghost at Okumura Junior High. Mint forces Ichigo to help her investigate it; they discover that the ghost is in fact Mew Lettuce.
Chapter 4: Lettuce joins the team at the Café Mew Mew. Ichigo goes on a date with Aoyama at a park, and meets a young girl she saw before at the Red Data Animals Museum. The girl sees Ichigo’s ears change into cat ears. Kish kisses Ichigo. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Yume no Kishi (talk • contribs) 04:56, August 21, 2007 (UTC).
