The english translation about Rongxian and Fumian have been changed. The reason for the changes is try to make it unique and formal. As the old tranlation for 福绵管理区, Fumian Management Districts, only the people who know the chinese can understand what it actually stands for. As we use pinyin as the translation, it would make those names more unique on the earth. Secondly, they are ore sensible for locals as well, espeically on those who don't know english at all to point out the direction for foreigners.
