Yuki Masakatsu
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Yuki Masakatsu (1503-1559) was a head to the clan of Yuki throughout the mid Sengoku Period of Feudal Japan. Son to Yuki Masatomo Masakatsu assumed leadership over his family line around the year of 1525; he would then compose an official house code known as the Yûki-shi Shin Hatto ('Yuki House Code') by 1556 amidst clashing against municipal powers such as the Oda. In September of 1559, Masakatsu would unfortunately pass away in death, consequently allowing his adopted son and heir Harutomo to succeed the Yuki's headship.[1]
