Yukio was a famous politician however his political party was not majorities' one , consequently Yukio's participation to the cabinet was not found and sometimes hie political activities were beyond our understandings.
Foreign researchers , including the researchers of Japanese political decision procedures , are expecting Yukio's political tactics or strategic behaviors . They are also seeking Yukio's excellent political talents.
I guess , Yukio had no evil and therefore his political tactics were not found . The Japanese populism had driven Yukio's winning at the election in 1995.
In Japan , most of the representatives , councillors , local government governor (prefecture) have their careers as public officers.
To our regret , the splendid talent ( Novelist , artist ...) will be refused in political circle and political decision.
