Ysgol y Strade

Ysgol y Strade is a Welsh speaking secondary school in the town of Llanelli, South Wales. It opened in september 1977 as a comprehensive school for boys and girls. The school currently has around 1000 students. Ysgol y Strade has a sixth form for students looking to do A-levels. The schools headmaster is Mr Geraint Roberts who was apointed in the year 2000. Many celebrities and sportsmen have come through Ysgol y strade such as Scarlets & wales rugby players Garen Evans,Gavin Evans, Keiron Thomas and Phill John. Ex miss Wales and big brother star Imogen Thomas went to Ysgol Y Strade.
