Vercy Miller (born July 26, 1991) is an American rapper and is younger brother to band mate Romeo. His father is rap artist Master P and uncles are Silkk the Shocker and C-Murder.

Young V is in a rap group called Rich Boyz and are signed to Gutta Music. Vercy is in his older brother's videos "U Can't Shine Like Me", "Shine" and other Romeo videos and his father's new music video "Gutta Time". He was featured on several songs on Romeo's third album, Romeoland including "Rich Boyz" and "If I Try".

He was in Romeo's mini series The Team and actually played on that basketball team and was in Romeo's latest movie, God's Gift, playing Lil' June (the boy Romeo threatened and pushed).

He is currently working on his latest album "We Got Next".

He was born to Percy Robert Miller (a.k.a. Master P) and Sonya C. Miller in New Orleans' Calliope Projects, CP3, but left at the age of 8 when his father became famous. He is the second eldest child from his parents, Romeo being the oldest. He is the older brother to Intylyana Miller, Tytyana Miller, Itali Miller, Hercy Miller, and Mercy Miller. He is also god brothers with Romeo's on screen brother Zachary Isaiah Williams and his brother american actor, Oren Williams.
