Young Men With Potential chronicles the lives of young men throughout the United States who look to be the leaders of tomorrow. It talks of the strengths and weaknesses of nearly 1000 young men across the country of the United States.

It was published in 2007 by Fire McManerbarry. The book has over 70 contributing authors, including Ron Jaworski.
