Young Labour is a membership organisation open to all members of the British Labour Party between the ages of 15 and 26.
It has a national executive drawn from those elected to various regional policy forums from and a number of regional organisations. Young Labour functions mostly as a campaigning group enabling younger party members to a route into political activity within the party.
It also functions as a networking organisation for young members, often those employed by Labour MPs or other organisations within the party to gain contacts.
