The album was originally titled The Package in 2006. At this time, Murphy Lee released a song called "The Bullsh*t" which was supposed to be the lead single. When Lee first released the song called "Hatin'" featuring Young Dro in 2007, the album was tentitively titled Who Say St. Louis Ain't Hip Hop?. See Who Say St. Louis Ain't Hip Hop?.

The lead single "Murph Derrty" was released on iTunes on May 27, 2008 and a video has already been released. Murphy Lee recently released another song called "My Shoes" featuring St. Louis rapper Kanjia, despite the internet claiming it features T-Pain.
