You Have the Right to Remain Silent is an album by American country music band Perfect Stranger. Released in 1995 on Curb Records, it is a re-release of the band's 1994 debut album It's Up to You, an independent release.[1] The album's title track was released as a single in mid-1995, peaking at #4 on the Billboard Hot Country Singles & Tracks (now Hot Country Songs) charts; other singles, however, failed to make Top 40.
